At TWINSIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

We offer refunds in the form of a store credit only. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
